Return policy

As we have customer satisfaction our top priority, we are always open to accept the returns if you didn’t find our product appropriate for you. We have a very fair & friendly return policy. Please see below for more details regarding this.

Returns and Replacements:

Our products can be returned/replaced within Seven (7) days from receipt of the item(s), subject to conditions detailed hereafter. As such we don’t have any exchange policy in place but followings are the conditions you can look for return.

Conditions for return:

  • All items must have the original tag and labeled and must be returned in the same conditions as delivered.
  • Any item returned showing signs of used, tried altered (by anyone / entity other than the Company) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.
  • All requests for return of product have to be placed within Seven (7) days from the date of delivery. No return requests will be processed after Seven (7) days from receipt of item(s).
  • To return an item, please email to sales@aspenleather.com and you will get instructions for return from us. 

How to return                                                               

Pick-up: If you select to schedule a pick-up, please place the product in a packet and the product must be unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Keep the packet ready and open to expedite the return pickup. Our staff may initially examine the product at the time of pickup and a further quality check of the product will be conducted at our Returns Desk.

Self-ship: In case your area pincode is not eligible for “Pick-up” mode then, please self-ship the product to our Returns desk. Please pack the product and ensure product is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Also, please mention Order No and Return id on a piece of paper and place it in the packet. Kindly address the package to the address of the Returns desk closest to you. We have listed out the addresses of the Returns desk in another section on this page. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse.

Refunds:

Upon successful pickup of the return product at your doorstep, ASPENLEATHER will initiate the refund to your original source of payment. Instant Refunds is not available, and it may take up to 30 business days.

Reimbursement for undelivered products:

When AspenLeather is unable to reach customer due incorrect address, damaged shipment, delivery attempted on a holiday or after business closing hours, the order is marked as 'undeliverable'. AspenLeather will for reimburses Non-COD purchases within 30 business days for email request by customers on our mailing address sales@aspenleather.com.
